By accessing or using our websites, purchasing our products, participating in our workshops, or downloading our resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

The Love & Light Collective offers children’s edutainment through virtual and in-person workshops, digital resources, merchandise, a musical EP, and family-friendly media content.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our websites only for lawful, respectful, and family-appropriate purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site or user data
• Use our platforms in any way that exploits or harms children or other users

IMPORTANT: Our services and content are designed for children and families. We reserve the right to block or report any individual suspected of inappropriate behaviour, predatory actions, or misuse of our platforms to relevant authorities.

3. Workshop Registration & Participation

By registering for our workshops:

• You confirm that any child participating has parental/guardian consent
• You agree not to record, share, or distribute workshop content without our written consent
• The Love & Light Collective is not responsible for internet connectivity issues or third-party software interruptions

4. Products & Digital Downloads

• All digital product sales are final (this includes music, downloadables, etc.)
• Physical merchandise may be eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

•       Unused and in original condition
•       Returned at your own expense (unless the item was defective)
•       Accompanied by proof of purchase
